Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add-in your bag of marshmallows and mix until melted.

Turn off the heat and add in your vanilla, salt, and blue food coloring. Mix until Rice Krispies are covered in blue marshmallows.

Pour the Rice Krispies into your 9x13 pan and smooth out. Let them sit for about an hour.

Use your Star Shaped cookie cutter to cut star shapes into your rice Krispies.

Stick a lollipop in the bottom of your star and let set.
