Lilo and Stitch Movie Night Party
Oh, this Lilo and Stitch movie night party has me wanting to make these recipes all over again! There are many fun recipes I could suggest for this movie night but these were so delicious and I’m excited to share them with you!
Lilo and Stitch Movie Night Party Menu
Hawaiian chicken and pineapple recipe for the Instant Pot is perfect for this movie night! The best part is you can cook your coconut rice at the same time! I love things that save me time and effort. This recipe is perfect!
For dessert, I knew I wanted to make a sand pudding dessert for the beautiful sandy beaches in Hawaii.
And lastly, in honor of Lilo going to feed pudge the fish a peanut butter sandwich and Lilo and Stitch sharing a peanut butter and jelly sandwich together at the park, I thought this would be a fun twist on a drink for this movie night!
Hawaiian Chicken with Coconut Rice – Instant Pot Recipe | Lilo and Stitch Movie Night Party Recipe
This recipe is made with bone in chicken breasts, and is all made in the instant pot.
I love that I only have to dirty a total of 2 dishes, my instant pot and the rice pot.
This chicken is perfect with it’s sweet bbq pineapple sauce smothered on your chicken. And the coconut rice is made with coconut milk and pineapple juice.
It’s seriously the perfect combination of deliciousness for your next movie night!
Looking for and Instant pot? This one is my favorite!
The 6 quart Duo is the perfect size for my family of 4 and does everything I need it to do. I use my instant pot for EVERYTHING. If you want more about why I love my instant pot, check out the recipe link below.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie | Lilo and Stitch Movie Night Party Recipe
I honestly couldn’t resist this recipe.
Lilo tells everyone at the beginning of the movie that she was late because she had to go to the store to get peanut butter to feed Pudge the fish a peanut butter sandwich. Later in the movie, Lilo and Stich have peanut butter and jelly sandwich on the picnic table. So I thought this drink would be a fun twist on our movie night drink!
Mix together some frozen banana for creaminess, strawberries, peanut butter, and some milk/almond milk to finish off your smoothie.
Top it some strawberry for a garnish and even make yourself a little peanut butter and jelly sandwich to eat on the side!

Sand Pudding | Lilo and Stitch Movie Night Party Recipe
Sand pudding seemed like a perfect dessert for a movie based in Hawaii.
So we made up some vanilla pudding and ground up some vanilla Oreos and made our very own sand pudding dessert.
Just alternate the layers as you go and it’s as easy as that!
