- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 TBL parsley fresh but dried will work also
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix together with hands or spoon.
Cover a pan with aluminum foil and spray with a olive oil spray.
Roll a ball about 1.5 inches thick and place on pan.
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Flip the meatballs over so as to brown both sides.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
